Types of insomnia

  • Active people should sleep at least 8 hours a day.
  • Newborn babies usually sleep up to 16 hours a day.
  • School age children should sleep at least 10 hours a day.

 As you get older, it's normal that your body needs less sleep. This is why usually older people sleep less. Usually six hours of sleep for people over 70 is more than enough.
