The doctors that operate in this service are registered and operate respecting all laws. We use only doctors that have the legal requirements to operate in the UK and EU.

MHRA (Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency)

It is the Executive Agency of the Department of Health of the United Kingdom that regulates and protects public health and safety of patients. The MHRA ensures that all medicines, and health care products meet appropriate standards of safety, quality, performance and effectiveness, and are used safely.

The customer will be able to buy a treatment from TrustMedis only when the doctor has issued and online prescription. If you don't have the medical conditions he will not issue the prescription and therefore you will not be allowed to order the treatment. This procedure is in accordance with the rules of the MHRA. The General Medical Council has strong and effective legal powers designed to maintain the standards the UK public have a right to expect of doctors. They are not there to protect the medical profession whose interests are protected by others. The work of the GMC is to protect patients.
